For Colorado-based Anonymous, memories are at the root of art-making, and through color and texture the past is brought into the present. Each work in this collection of ten paintings is centered around a significant event in the artist's past, and the making of the work is a way to revisit that memory, anchor it to the creation of an object in the present, and strengthen it the mind, reinforcing it through sense of touch and vision.
